Danny Bonnici (Richmond, VIC)

Recently dubbed "one of the hottest names in dance music" by DJ Mag, over the past six years Danny Bonnici has been at the forefront of the world's dance music scene.

Danny's background includes working with his band Nubreed and as a solo performer. His collaborative work saw him co-produce the 2003 hit "Ride" with Luke Chable. He has also collaborated with renowned producer and engineer Andy Page. With a string of original and remixed works under his belt, Danny's music is being played by the biggest DJs in the world, including Sasha, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo and others.

Danny's love of production and engineering has meant he's quick to adopt new technology. He was one of the first Australian DJs to exclusively use Ableton Live in his DJ sets. He has used Live since 2002 and has taught it for the past four years in one-on-one and group class settings. After teaching at various schools in the past, he is now exclusively working with DJ warehouse in Melbourne. His classes include a Fastrack basic course, an Advanced Production Technique course and a course on DJing with Ableton Live. Class size ranges from three to six students, and he offers individual lessons as well.
