Ableton Live 12.2 will be released on June 11, 2025.
Free for all Live 12 users, the update streamlines key creative workflows with the introduction of Bounce to New Track and improvements to the search and browsing experience. It also brings Expressive Chords, the new Auto Filter, and other updated devices – along with a host of new features for Push.

Quickly build interesting progressions with Expressive Chords, then add filter-house-inspired phasing and formant effects to your melodic elements using the all-new Auto Filter. Auto Filter also comes to Ableton Move with the new 1.5 update.
Shape rhythmic textures to the key of your track with Spectral Resonator’s new scale awareness, then check out Roar’s new Delay routing mode, and use its MIDI input to create a bassline.
Sketch complex arrangement structures using Follow Actions, new for Push with Live 12.2 – and try ELPHNT’s tips for suspenseful transitions and smooth progressions.
