This article describes the process of creating an 'Aggregate Device' with the Audio MIDI Setup utility in MacOSX computers.
I cannot open Live; it keeps giving me a message saying that the last time it closed incorrectly due to a corrupt audio driver. It asks me to change my audio preferences, but the program won't even open. How do I fix this?
You should update the drivers for your audio device. If this does not help, please delete the Live Preferences.cfg file and try again. You will find this file in the following paths:
The buffer size of the Apogee Duet interface can't be set to powers of two.
When I start Live, I get the message: "Audio is disabled. Please choose an audio output device in the Audio Preferences". When I try to do this, the Driver Type field only shows the option "No Audio". What should I do?
Please be sure the drivers for your audio device are properly installed and that the hardware is properly installed, turned on and/or connected to the computer.
You can configure your inputs/outputs in the Live preferences/audio tab.
