I can't listen to my recording

Hi there,

I've just started using Ableton Live Lite 9. When I record something, it gets recorded but when I try to LISTEN to it does play but NO SOUND! I export that recording into WAV and then listen it on my Media Player, it works perfectly!

Is there anyway I can listen to recording without having export it into WAV every time? :/

Prompt help is much appreciated.

When you record, it means you select an input signal (by arming the record track). But when you play it back on the same channel, that channel is stil 'listening' to the input signal.
If you record audio, try dragging the recorded parts to a new audio track, or just turn off the input signal.
In your case, however, i would start by reading the manual, because it is explained there.
