Richard (Ricky) Graham, Ph.D. is a musician, technologist, educator and business owner based in the Washington, D.C. area. Ricky has presented his music and visual art projects at festivals and conferences including Moogfest, Celtronic, NIME, and the International Symposium on Electronic Art.

He has composed music for British and US television, recorded live sessions for BBC radio and has authored music for popular video games. He is a Co-Founder and the CEO of US based music software company, Delta Sound Labs, and he performs and produces his own music under the alias, Signals Under Tests.
Ricky provides a limited number of online consultations, lessons and workshops per year. Lessons are tailored to the needs of each student.
