Jake is also the author of three Ableton Live books including Power Tools for Ableton Live 9, published by Hal Leonard. He taught Audio and Video Production at the Art Institute of Seattle for eleven years, honing his teaching skills and compacting course material into densely packed, easily digestible topics. He was a mastering engineer at Seattle's premier mastering facility, RFI/CD, and has mixed and mastered hundreds of records for international clients with a focus on electronic music.
