Ableton
in Education

Using Live and Push in the classroom, students can learn about music by making the kind they love listening to. Here’s what the Ableton community has been doing to help institutions across the globe engage and inspire young people through music.

Push trade-in initiative

The cost of the technology needed to teach with Live and Push is a barrier for many, but that’s something the Ableton community has been able to help with.

Thousands of Push 1 owners traded in their units to be refurbished and given to educational projects and institutions. Since then we’ve sent them to more than 30 countries across five continents, along with copies of Live – all for free.

Applications are now closed

Due to the high demand for refurbished Push units, applications for the trade-in initiative are now closed. If you’re interested in any other future education initiatives of ours, you can sign up in the section below. And don’t forget that many institutions are still eligible for discounts – find out more about our education offers.
