why my ableton packs are greyed out

I just noticed after trying to load some sounds in my session that all my ableton packs are greyed out.

I also notice when I try to open it through Finder terminal opens up and says file is not found. Any idea what could have happened? I'm thinking the files that are associated with the ableton packs got corrupted on my external HD.

p.s. I have a screenshot, but can't seem to find out how to attach pictures on this stupid new website layout

I'd suggest to try to re-download the Packs. It seems that something is wrong with the files themselves.

I have try to re-locate the packs from live preference library, they are in user/name/music/ableton/factory packs, but they still appear in grey, well the thing ,is , if I have to redownload them, there is some not from ableton, I don't know if I have the invoice somewhere, that is a bit annoying to check with every site, if they can find me in their files :-/
