Why Does My Keyboard Play the Sound Differently?

Alright, I'm currently an Ableton Live Lite user, and own a Casio WK-200 keyboard (76 keys). It does not have a general midi output, instead, it has a USB midi output. I use a printer cable to plug it into my laptop. I actually have a Focus Rite 2i2 midi controller/adapter thing, but since I don't have a midi output on my keyboard (just a USB output), I can't use the Focus Rite. I'm really interested in recording piano that sounds just as if I was playing on a grand. I've downloaded demos after demos of several different virtual grand piano softwares. Some being PianoTeq, Pianissimo, True Pianos, etc. There are other ones I would love to try, but they don't have demos or trials. I also tried installing CVP Piano, then use it as a plugin on Ableton, but it crashed on me, and won't turn on. I'll probably just uninstall Ableton and re-install it.  I use the grand piano software trials as standalones, although I would love to record on Ableton using them as plugins. But right now, my main thing is, I will touch a key or two on the virtual piano and it gives out this amazing sound. So then I play on my keyboard, and the quality is cut in half. Why is that? It doesn't sound as realistic. I used to think it was just the software. No, no, it must be something with either my keyboard or my hookup. I have no clue and I really don't like the way it sounds. Also, I think that's why when I record on Ableton with my piano it has bad quality.  BTW, the picture on there shows me playing a grand - that's just for show. I only have recorded on my keyboard, and I'm about ready to sell it and get something else. I'm not sure what to do. I want to be able to play and it sound exactly as it sounds on the VST I downloaded, whether it's on Ableton or a standalone version. Thanks for the help!  PS. I currently use Ableton and all the piano softwares on a Lenovo IdeaPad Z580. It runs Windows 8.1, has an Intel i7 processor, 4GB of ram, and a 500GB hard drive. If you want to see a sample of what I have recorded on Ableton, using the piano instrument plugin that came with the software, go to Sound Cloud. My username is Meg4ChristAlone.
