Sampler etc. installed but not appearing in "Instruments" folder.

I just upgraded from Launchpad Edition to the full Live 8 Edition the other day. I paid for the upgrade, uninstalled the Launchpad edition and downloaded the upgrade version after having sent a request for authorisation (received authorisation the next day).

When opening Launchpad edition, the words "Launchpad edition" or something would show up on the black boot-up poster thing above the Ableton logo, but now they don't, so I'm pretty sure I'm using the upgraded version.

Drum Rack, Instrument Rack, External Instrument, Impulse and Simpler are showing up in the Instruments folder upon opening the program, but they are the only five things; Sampler, Analog etc. are not showing.

I looked at the Library tab in Options>Preferences, and all the expected live packs are showing up (Sampler, Collison, Electric ... Sampler, Tension) as installed (technically it doesn't say they are installed; I assumed because there is a button to "Uninstall"), but these do not show up in the Instruments folder or anywhere else as far as I can tell.

I uninstalled and reinstalled, which didn't fix the problem, then I "repaired" the library, which decided it wanted to repair the entire 6000 and something items, but still, only the five devices are showing in the Instruments section of the browser.

Outside of the program I saw in My Documents>Ableton>Presets>Instruments individual folders for all five basic devices mentioned initially AND all of the other ones mentioned that aren't showing in Instruments within Ableton.

I'm running Windows 7. I also have my Launchpad connected up successfully which has been working absolutely fine.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you bought the wrong package if you wanted all of the instruments, the ones you think you are missing come with Ableton Suite, not Live 8. If you're seeing anything that looks like those instruments, it's just live pack sounds, you don't actually get access to the instruments unless you purchase Suite.
