I personally never use the drum samples from the Ableton library, don't really like them. I suggest getting a decent drum vst or sample library, like NI Battery for example. Or just do some googling for free drum sample packs, there's lots of free samples out there!

Ableton has seven up-tempo reggae style drum racks with preset group effects. Their not that good, but they are usable with a little soft editing. You can find them in the Ableton Browser. Go to your Library folder and click on the Clips folder. Next click on the Drums folder and lastly click on Electronic. Scroll down and you should see the seven Reggatronic Clips.

    I hope this is helpful.

You could get a drum pad (like a TriggerFinger) and make your own samples.  That's what I do for reggae beats.
