Push : Can we assign a scale to a scene ?

We could assign a modification of scale on the scene and cause many surprises without seeking in the scales mode push on line…

This is such an important feature. As far as I can tell ClyphX doesn't work with Push 2. It would be great if a scene can be assigned a scale (just like it can be assigned a BPM) so that Push 2 automatically changes the scale when the scene is triggered.

It is such a pain to have to change the scale manually in Push 2 when a scene changes that has a different scale. If anyone knows how to do this (I can't seem to find a way) please, please, please let us know.

    Thanks!

Is this still not possible? It seems odd that every time I go to play an instrument I have to reselect the key and scale.

It's possible with the third party script ClyphX - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7u5LFF4wuM

(if the video doesn't appear and you're using Chrome, click the 'Load Unsafe Script' symbol that appears on the right of the web address bar)

Yeah, there should be a method of saving a scale to a set. either a global scale, the last scale used, or a clip based scale or a scale for a scene as you stated!

    + 1000 for this!

I need to be able to save the scale to the scene, just like the way you can change bpm per scene..

The latest version of ClyphX works with Push 2. Download link is in the description of the youtube video posted by mcbpete. i just installed it and it works. once it's installed, you create blank midi clips and name them according to the directions. then when you launch the clip, it all happens seamlessly. it is so useful to program this in advance so you can just focus on performing during the gig.
