Problem with Packs after recent update


I installed the most recent update of Live 9, and afterwords I could not access any of my Packs. I changed the location of the Factory Packs directory within L9. After doing this, I could see all of my Packs in the Packs section of the browser but could not access any of the contents, such as a drum kit. I then uninstalled all of the Packs, installed a fresh version, and again could see it listed in the browser Packs section but could not access the contents.

Any clues?

    Good idea but does not seem to have done anything. I really don't want to uninstall everything and start from scratch…

You need to be logged in, have a Live license, and have a username set in your account to be able to answer questions.

Answers is a new product and we'd like to hear your wishes, problems or ideas.
