Parts of my Midi Keyboard have stopped working in Ableton, but wait! There's more...

For about 2 weeks I have had to deal with this crap. I like to make music in my spare time as a hobby so when this happens I tend to get frustrated.

Instruments etc: Akai APC 40, Korg microKorg, Roland Juno GI, Audiobox USB. Gateway DX4380G Windows 8.1

Anyways, here is my issue. Up until two weeks ago my midi keyboard worked fine.Since then my microKorg's C3 to F4 keys have stopped responding. This is annoying as I use my keyboard when recording loops with midi. Here is the kicker, I know that live is still receiving midi notes in those ranges because it shows in the top right corner that midi keyboard signals are still being received. I will post a link to a video I took of the entire issue. I am not super knowledgeable about Live so I apologize if this is a simple issue but for the life of me I cannot figure this out. I would be eternally grateful if someone could help me sort this out.

AS you can see in the video, under the midi from tab, it does not play when I hit the C3 key, but when I hit the G4 key and higher it plays just fine.
