Noise from hardware inputs

In recent months I’ve gone from an almost all-software setup a few years ago to a mix of hardware and software. Live is the heart of the setup, and I have an Antelope Audio Zen Studio+ into which I have a mic, three inputs from a drum machine (Drumbrute), 4 hardware synths, and a guitar. One of the synths and the guitar come in through a bunch of pedals. Off late, at least since I got the guitar, leaving live on for a while ends up with the audio channels in my template driving a lot of noise (essentially really loud static). That’s making recording really difficult. I’ve re-cabled at least once, upgraded firmware on the audio interface, but so far so real solution. Any ideas from those with mixed hardware software studios?

Thanks
