No devices in Live 9.1 / Push + extcruciatingly slow

I just installed Live 9.1 on a new computer. Starts excruciatingly slow, seems also to be impossible to load a device/instrument. Reaction to clicking something in Ableton is extreeeeeeemely slow.

Connected Push and seems to be active (visible in ableton preferences) but only occasional interaction with live.

Screen of Push says 'No Devices' - 'Browse' to add device. But when hitting browse nothing happens.

Did a complete uninstall and reinstalled Live 9.1 but still the same.

Am using an HP Pc with Core i7 4770 with 32Gb Ram with Windows 8.1 + RME Multiface II (PCIe)

Anyone had the same problems? Any solution for this?

If it helps, I was having the same problem on my Mac.  After trying everything else, I went to preferences/audio, set my input and output devices to built in audio, tested, then set them back to my audio interface (Digi 192).  That fixed it for me.

I'm having the same problem as well, just installed 9.1.1 and Ableton is very slow to respond to any button clicks.
