Move Selected Controllable Tracks (Yellow Box) Over

i know this is a super simple question. i just cant figure out how to PHRASE it for google or the forums to get an answer.

what is the official term for the yellow box (controllable tracks) and how do I move it over, to control tracks on the far right..

    That yellow box only appears when you have assigned a midi controller in your preferences.
    So moving the box can be done by using the buttons on that same midi controller (left/right buttons?).
    By the way, you can change the colour of that same box by assigning it in a different slot in the midi controller preferences.

    I also want to know how to do this.

    How do you assign pads/buttons to launch clips within the yellow box and how do you move that yellow box?

    Start with pressing "Session" on Push.

    The buttons on Push now show you the essentials of Ableton Live's session view. 

    To navigate, use the arrow buttons in Push's bottom right corner. 

    Now you can go through tracks, left/right and scenes up/down.

    For reference; in Ableton Live you will also see a blue rectangle corrensponding to the selection
