MIDI Track Stops Working Even After Reboot. Recreating The Issued Track Causes A Different Midi Track To Stop Working???

I am currently working on a song that has multiple Midi Tracks when looking at the Peak Meter for each track I notice one of the MIDI tracks isn't getting signal (not flashing). So I've tried rebooting Ableton and still the MIDI track isn't working. So I will than create a new midi track recreate all of the effects and copy and past the MIDI data over and then I will have that working, but than as a I check each Peak Meter a different MIDI track is now not getting signal... I am getting suuuper frustrated as I've put a lot of time into this song... A lot... Please help...

I am working with:

Ableton Suite 8

OS: Win 7 Home Prem.

Processor: i7-4790k

Ram: 16gb

Sound Card: Sound Blaster Audigy 5/Rx

Interface: Steinberg UR22

Keyboard: Yamaha P95

If more info is needed please let me know.
