Looking for a way to view NI battery 3 sample names in piano roll or drum rack.

Im using NI battery 3 with Live and would like to be able to view the sample names in the midi editor as they are in battery rather than just note names. Like it is with a drum rack. Is there are way do set this up?

It would be a big help for anyone programming drums this way!!

the way I have done it was by setting up battery within drum racks.
and using the "external instrument effect" to set up my cells and rout the midi to battery. then name each cell the same name as the drum. you can also route the audio from battery into the external instrument effect and battery's multi bus output  which will enable you to have drum rack style mixing with battery. yes it is a bit of lengthy processes but it is well worth it.

The General Midi Drum mapping is under:

Live Devices > MIDI Effects > MIDI Effect Rack > Tools > GM Drum Map
