Live 9 - Problem with Volume Fader

I have Live 9.

Recently it started a problem with the Volume Faders in the Session View.

Sometimes when I play a clip that has NO automation at all, the Volume from zero goes

up to max level without touching it. It goes itself and if I try to put it down it does not respond but goes on to the max...

Please help me to solve this. I have to work for live show with Live and this is for me a big problem.

Thank you very much

    Live Versions: 1 - 9
    Operating System: ALL
Goal : create an "Options" file inside preference folder, enter text inside, click save - then end.
    locate Preference file :
-------Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
    \Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live x.x.x\Preferences\
    * If having trouble while using windows do search for %appdata% to find your folder. (sometimes appdate won't show in normal browsing option)
** Just make sure its in the SAME folder as the preferences.cfg file
    -------Mac OS X
    /Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/Ableton/Live x.x.x/
and inside this file you have to have to enter the following (on seperate lines)
then simply save this file. Reopen Ableton and it's back to normal. Once you create this inside your directed folder it will immediately solve this issue.
    1. PC open blank text file, save it as "Options" on your desktop.
    2. open file and put:  (on seperate lines)
    3. resave to the desktop.
    4. Cut/Past new "Options" text file in folder.
    All set- the end
