Live 8 Standard + Max 4 Live upgrade to Live 9 Standard

I own Live 8 Standard and Max for Live. If I upgrade to Live 9 Standard, do I get Max for Live with it, or do I lose that?

i just got the answer from ableton and yes, if u already have m4l u dont need to purchase it again when upgrading to live 9.

    Thank you for contacting us.

If you upgrade to Live 9 you will be able to use your Max for Live with the upgraded version as well.

You can download Max for Live from your account and install it with Live 9.

If you have further questions feel free to get back to us.

    Kind regards,

You cant use M4L in Live 9 then. Live 9 only supports Max6.X and Live 8 Max5.X. I recommend you to buy the Suite upgrade, i ts good for the actual pricing. As M4L owner i thinking about the same at first because i have already payd a lot of money for Max and have to pay with the Upgrade again, this was not cool from the Abes.
