Is there a preferred workflow for syncing projects between multiple computers?

I like working on stuff on my laptop well enough, but when I'm home, I prefer the convenience of the bigger monitor and having everything running already.

So, is there a tried and tested way to keep several machines in sync?

I guess it would be annoying but manageable to manually copy all the loops and stuff between the machines, but of course the project files would need some automated sync like Dropbox or SugarSync.

Any suggestions?

There are many ways, like having a shared repository for resources, but i think the easiest way for you is just to do a collect and save on the file after each session, this grabs all the samples and puts them in the ableton file.
