I accidentally did SOMETHING, so now when i press a "d" on my yamaha cp5 piano it creates a clip and starts to record it. How do i fix that?

Basically I think my piano was set as a controller for ableton.  When i go into my ctrl+, menu and disable all midi ports the keyboard still continues to control ableton.  I have been trying to fix it an i have no idea how to. Please help!

have you looked in Live's Midi Mapping Browser? (cmd M or ctrl M) If there's something there just delete it.
