How to view and Edit APC40's presets in Ableton?

Hi! Can anyone tell me how I can view and customise the the APC40's preset midi mappings?

Eg. I want to change the volume faders to max out at 0db not +6db.

When I try the standard "midi Mapping process" on Ableton, it allows me to map the Faders to individual Track Volume and also edit its parameters ect, but as soon as I hit the "bank select" button to move to another track the mapping for volume is still mapped to track one.

In other words its not moving with my Bank Select feature in ableton, so I cant play with move than 8 Channels.

Is there a way to find and "tweak" the already available midi mappings?

The only way I know around this is a workaround.  Put a Utility on each track and turn the Utilities gain down -6dB.

Really? surely there must be a better way?

On a side note. Is it possible to get each channel to output a certain level? Similar to Traktor where the volume of each deck gets boosted or lowered depending on the overall volume of the original track?
