How to get rid of audio drop outs + disk overload

Hi guys!   As the title says: How to get rid of audio drop outs + disk overload?

1) I am on Windows 10, I did every tweak possible and my computer is really good and fine tuned for audio.   SSD tests, and latency check showed my computer is really good and top almost every chart.

2) In every project, all my samples are loaded into RAM, and are on a single project of a single SSD.  I don't have a lot of samples or tracks.  Maybe 40 tracks MAX.

3) Finally, I don't have any problems with others DAW. (Cubase, Studio One, NI Maschine)

But I think I've found a clue:  everything works fine until 3 logs (datetime.indexer, date_time.log, date_time.push2-1) are created in the C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live Reports\Usage folder. At creation time, drops out occurred.

Anyone knows what the **** is going on and how to fix this?
