How to assign different tracks to the different keys of my midi controller

I have a UMX25 midi keyboard with 1 fader and 8 knobs.

I and want to control 8 different tracks by moving the arm button with my keys starting at C0 and ending at C1 (as I don't use these key to play instruments).

I have succeeded to move the arm button by pressing the keys C0 to C1 but I don't know how to choose different midi chanel for the different tracks.

So when I change the volume with the fader, that's all my tracks who change. Same with the sends button.

How to assign the same fader for volume control to different tracks, not simultaneously?

How to control the sends separetly?

Thanks a lot for your help.

I dont really know in deph your Midi Controller, but I should answer you with another question:  Is it Possible to manage the Midi Channel / CC Controls in your Keyboard? Does It have an application or a Setup to view / modify the CC / Global Channels of your current Knobs - Faders?

If you do not know, please reffer to the Manual that comes with your controller and try to find out if there is an application to manage the Midi Controller.

At the same time, some Keyboards can manage these things by a Menu at the controller itself, but most of the cases, they are pretty confusing.
