How do you move drum kits around inside a drum rack!?!?

How do I move drums kits around (i.e., changing which pads the individual drum sounds themselves lay) in a drum rack?

And say I want to load multiple drum kits into one rack, how do I do that?  Every time I try to overlay one kit upon the other (even when there's PLENTY of room for at least 3 more kits), ableton automatically replaces the first kit with the second.

Say I load the Drum Kit titled 'Kit-CopStyle' and I drag it to the very top of the drum rack pads labeled "E7-G8," it doesn't matter--ableton puts them down towards the bottom at C1-D#2.  : (

Dear Ableton, please make this possible. Why can't we select several pads in Drum Rack and drag them together?
