How do they have them now?

If Ableton Live 9 and Push are available on March 5th, how can people have them in stock now?

People do that all the time for products that aren't released.  It's really common for photography equipment.  You'll win the auction and they'll be all like "Oh, we ran out of stock at the last minute and it'll be two more weeks, but we'll ship it out as soon as it comes in!"  Then they'll call (so that there's no paper trail) and offer to sell you extra stuff, with a strong implication that the more you buy, the higher in their shipping priority list you go.

The few people who have Push now are people that Ableton specifically sent them to, like certified trainers.

I kind of thought that, but it showed that he had 2 of them in stock.
