How do I record the video output of Max for Live devices?

Hi everyone,

Ive searched high and low for an answer to this, but can't find any solution. Im looking to record the output of a M4L device (Ganz Graf in this case) as a video (preferably with audio) so that i can make a short youtube movie or source material for Resolume (3).

I have managed to record my screen with the window open, and seen advice on youtube regarding sound flower to add audio to that aswell, but this is a really inelegant solution.

In an ideal world, i would LOVE to be able to send my M4L output straight into Resolume, but in lieu of that, just being able to record the output would be great.

I'm using Live 9 on Mac OS X Yosemite.
