In eq8, what value of hertz does the Q represent. In other words if I set the Q to 18, how many hertz is that?

I'm trying to build my own formant filters using a formant table I found on the net. Only thing is, when they give you the bandwidth level for a filter, they give it in hertz and I'm not sure how much Q I need to dial in on eq 8 for a specific notch. For instance how much  Q should I dial in to match with 100 Hz. Is there a ratio. I'm not sure if my question makes any sense. Sorry I'm quite new to this and I cant find any answers anywhere. Thank you!
