Has anyone tried to use Roli Rise within Abletin 9.5? Roli provides a template which doesn't seem to work.

Roli's template doesn't work--you're supposed to arm ten tracks (and the "arm" buttons are "grayed out" . . .).  And I cant seem to get any midi in the first place when using the template . . . admittedly I'm not very "tech-savvy" but it just plain appears that Roli's template is useless . . .?

    Hey there steinway,

The potential reason that all the record-arm buttons are greyed out is because of MIDI Sync Settings in your Live Set.

To change these, in Ableton's top menu, go to Live  → Preferences

In the MIDI Sync tab, under MIDI Port, make sure Track is turned ON next to Input :  Seaboard RISE .

Once you’ve done these settings, hold cmd ⌘ (Mac), or shift (PC)  and click each track’s arm button to arm all 10 MIDI tracks –but not the instrument track.

Also make sure your Dashboard settings are -

    Channel Mode: Multi-Channel
    MPE: Off
    A Channel Range of 1-10
    Press Mode: Channel Pressure

Your RISE should now work with Ableton Live!

    Have a nice day!
