Has anyone compared the quality of dither in Live to iZotope Ozone 4?

I just read iZotope's dithering manual, and Ozone's dithering options are solid. I was  wondering if anyone has compared the dithering options in Live to Ozone's options, as I'm trying to figure which one to use if I'm doing a quick premaster using Ozone in Live (either host dither or Ozone's dither). This is simply from a quality perspective, whether it be the psycho-acoustic noise-shaping dithers or triangular, rectangular, etc.

    Personally I think its better to avoid the hassle and prepare up front. Gonna setup a CD then start by setting up the project in the appropriate way.
