Guitar out of tune with synths?

My band is semi-organic/electronic, and we use guitars along with Ableton synths. The issue is that when we tune the guitars with the internet/pedal tuner, it's out of tune with the synth. When I tune the guitar to the reference note, it's still out of tune with the synth. And vice versa, when I tune to the synth, it's out of tune with the reference tone, and pedal tuners. Has anyone else experienced this, or know how to remedy this?

I would suggest that you try it with a simple piano sound or another sound such as strings, as many synths come with an altered tuning. Hope that helps.

The problem is probably the intonation of the guitar. This means the notes don't stay in tune all the way up the neck. You can look up instructions online on how to setup your intonation, it's not too hard. A guitar will never be as in tune as a synth however, simply due to the physics of a stringed instrument.
