Global Groove missing?

Am I looking in the wrong place?  Isn't it supposed to be between the metronome and time signature icons?  I don't have anything there.

Not sure, but I think that only applies after you actually apply a certain groove to the entire track. Try this; select your complete arrangement (all tracks) and set a groove in the clip editor (bottom left of your screen). After that the global groove box should appear. As long as there is no groove on the entire track, there is no need for a global groove setting, since it simply does not apply to the whole track.

The groove of every part can be done separately using the groove function in the clip editor and there is also a "global Amount" setting in the groove pool. But I think you only see the groove-percentage at the top of your screen when there are grooves on every single track.  Hope this helps!
