Freeze and Headroom

Hi all,

How does Live handle freezing of tracks that are over 0db ? is the internal headroom still saved? or will clipping occur? I ask this because when flattening the audio, clipping is visible (not necessarily audible)

If the audio clips before freeze/flatten, it will probably clip after flattening it as well.

So when something starts clipping, just turn it down. After freezing/flattening you can always turn the volume up, if necessary.
