EQ effect: how to set up the general EQ to -12 as a starting point

Hello,

here is a question/problem about some sort of effect I want to try.

In an EQ Eight (if possible)I need to get rid of all frequency as a standard position (-12db), because I want to use the sound of a bell curve without hearing the other frequencies. Just like the solo mode in Izotope Ozone.

After that my plan is to automate the frequency of the single bell curve 1 and swipe the whole range. (by just applying an LFO from Max for Live on the frequency button)

So the question is how can I set up to -12db insteed of 0db my EQ or is there another trick to get the same result?

thanks a lot

Set the Gain control in EQ Eight to -12. The slider is in the bottom right corner of the device.
