East West PLAY engine with Windows 64 bit?

If you look at this page from the East West site:

and look at chart at the bottom of the System Requirements tab, East West's PLAY engine isn't compatible with Ableton Live on a Windows 7 or 8 *64 bit* system.

Can this be right?

I would have thought there were plenty of 64 bit Windows users out there who use Live and PLAY.

Would love to know anyone's experience of this?

Thanks. Chris

Most likely they just haven't updated the table (or completed testing) since Live shipped a 64-bit version.  You should contact them and get a definitive answer, and then maybe they can update the table.

I have win 7 64 bit and ableton 64 bit and the full ccc2 library. I have been trying many times to get some of the play engine plugins to work with it and it is not working at all so far. (the spaces plugin is the only one working currently) Anyone who has gotten the east west (sounds online) play engine working in 64 bit please let us know how. All those wasted libraries and now having to look for anothe daw to get use them. What a let down.

Maybe just install the 32bit version of the plugin and the 32bit build of Ableton until it's fully compatible
