Driver Error Compensation Inconsistent

Everytime I go through the Driver Compensation Error tutorial, I get a different latency of the recorded audio. So every time I go to record, the Driver Error compensation is incorrect and my recordings are off.

I'm on Windows 7, I'm using a microbook II as the audio interface going through ASIO 4 ALL since the normal MOTU drivers are not working properly. The same situation happens with the MME/Direct X drivers. For my onboard soundcard, I have RealTek HD Audio Drivers.

    From the FAQ of ASIO4ALL:

Q: What are the true latencies vs. what is displayed in the audio control panel?
A: (Version 2.x) There now is an internal guess-o-matic which attempts to auto-compensate latencies for applications like e.g. Cubase that perform automatic ASIO latency compensation. Since this guess-o-matic does not always yield correct results, you can measure the actual round trip latency for audio (using a loopback cable) and adjust the sliders in the "Latency compensation" section of the ASIO4ALL v2 control panel accordingly.
