changing BPM at precise points in time in Arrangement View

I am working on adding my keyboard parts to a song for my band that was recorded in Cubase.  It has approximately 12 tempo changes.  I've seen a few ways to change the BPM & drawing 'song tempo' automation points on the master track seems like the way to go. However, setting the time markers (where the BPM change needs to happen) to the thousandth of a second is problematic.  When zooming in that close trying to set the breakpoint, I find I'm jumping all over the place. Is there a better way to do this? Or a way to type in the exact time for automation break point? To illustrate, here are the first for points I need to set w/ their corresponding BPM

03:52.356  165 BPM (start of first drum track)

07:01.404  120 BPM

09:34.172  115 BPM

10:00.456  120 BPM

Any suggestions on the best way to accomplish this would greatly appreciated

Thanks

Ryan

    https://www.ableton.com/en/manual/arrangement-view/#time-signature-changes

"Live’s time signature can be changed at any point in the Arrangement by using time signature markers. These can be added at the insert marker position via the Create menu, or anywhere below the beat-time ruler using the right-click(PC) / CTRL-click(Mac)"

I guess this is what you need.

EDIT : seems that you need more fine control ie: enter an exact time for the time marker. I don't know how to do this.
