Automatically apply midi effect to every new track?

I finally received my Push, and was somewhat disappointed that there is no way to turn down velocity sensitivity. The lowest setting is linear. I've googled it a bit, and it seems like ableton's velocity effect will do what I need. Only thing is I will need to set it up for every new track I open. is there a way to always have a new track open with the effect preconfigured?

    Hi,

If you press the User button on Push you can adjust pad sensitivity and the velocity curve. However, it is also possible to do what you are asking about: first drop a Velocity effect on any (empty) MIDI Tracks, the right-click on the track and select "Save as Default MIDI Track".
