Ableton does not warp song to the first true beat

So with some tracks, Ableton will have a song warped out already with a bunch of different markers, but the song isn't even warped to the first true beat of the song.

So the song actually starts at a point before the first warp marker that Ableton places down on it by default. The song itself, and first beat, actually begin at -1.2 beats in Ableton, but of course, the start of the song, should be at beat 1.

Is there any way to fix this? Or will I manually have to delete all warp markers, and warp the track myself?

for Audio clip, on the sample window, go where you want the first step and with secondary mouse clic, choose in the menu Set 1.1.1 here

It should do what you want.
