Ableton 9 does not allow me to slice to MIDI. Am i missing something?

When I right click on a small chunk of audio, the sluice to midi function is not available. However, when select an audio chunk, and scroll down the "Create" tab, I can see the slice to midi function, but it is greyed out and does not allow selection for processing. What happened?

Thanks for the help, any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi all, I am having the same problem described above for complete audio track not just small chunks only I do have Live 9 standard and I did authenticate my computer. Still the audio to midi options are greyed out. Is there anything in the general options that needs to be set as well? Any comment is much appreciated! Thanks!

The Slice-to-MIDI feature is available in Live 9 Standard and Live 9 Suite, but not in Live 9 Intro. Please also see this feature comparison chart for a full overview of the differences between the various versions of Live 9:
