Is there a way to Arm two or more tracks from Push 2?

I'm using an external synthesizer (Arturia Microbrute) and I would like to record both the audio and the midi in one take.  That way I can either chop up the audio or do another take while tweaking the nobs on the synth while the midi is being replayed.

It would be nice to just hold record on the push 2 and select whatever tracks you wanted to arm, but it appears to only do one track at a time.  I thought of holding shift and record but I need a third hand ha!  Clicking and using they keyboard isn't the end of the world but it is when I have to pull it out from under my workdesk and put it on top of my push to do something :-|

Is there a way to do that with PUsh 2 that I missed somewhere?

have a look at your preferences. There is an option there for both "solo" and "arm" functions.

Default is set to "exclusive" which means you can only solo or arm one track at a time.

Turn that off and you can arm several tracks at once.

He is asking how to arm two tracks from Push2. We know how to do it using the mouse. The question is how to arm two or more tracks fromn the Push controller. Anyone know the answer?

Yes, how to arm a track from Push 2? And of course, un-arm it.

(The near earth object must have crashed... ;))

From the manual: "You can manually arm any track by holding the Record button and pressing the lower display button for that track." This worked for me although I didn't understand at first what they meant by lower display buttons. This is the row of buttons below the display on the Push 2.

Keep the record button pressed and release it after pressing the display button of the track that is meant to be armed (otherwise recording will start). If there is already another armed track, the selected track will be armed too.

I can confirm Near Earth Object's solution works, and yes I'm using a push2 to 'solo' (cue) multiple track :)

Is there a similar function for example Arm scene at once?  I would love ot create the scene on all track horizontally using multiple keyboards.

Ok smartass: so if you know all that, you also know that the explanation i gave earlier is the first step in even being able to arm more than one track at a time. So yes, it is quite important to do this first.
My question would be: did you actually set this up first before trying to do it with Push?
