Is it possible to command Push 2 to show you the clip that is playing in the session view.

Is it possible to command Push 2 to show you the clip that is playing in the session view, within the session view grid on Push 2, so you don't have to move up or down scene by scene or up/down by octave, but to automatically show the currently playing clip on the session view grid on Push2?

Yes, if in Session-View, switch to Session-OverView using the Layout button. If clips are playing on a page (a column of white buttons is a page) the pad(s) will be lit green, select one, then use the Layout button to return to Session-View.

The clips playing will be flashing (obviously), press and hold the Select Button while selecting a clip.

That's how I figured out to do it, but if there is an easier way, please share.

I also found it helpful to practice using the Layout Button. I randomly threw a bunch of clips all over the place (content of clips is irrelevant) and tested myself how fast I could navigate and find them. Eventually, it was a natural movement or workflow which will help playing live.

    Enjoy!
