I was being stupid tonight... hit cmd + N... any way to recover?

I was being stupid tonight and neglected to save the liveset I was working on for four hours... not even once... and then I hit cmd + N by error...

Now everything is gone... I doubt that there is a way to recover... but hopefully someone can teach me better... please!!!

You might be in luck when you've saved an earlier version of the set.
Did you try searching the project folder? If you check all the audio files in there you might be able to rebuild your track.
But if you haven't saved at all during the all that time, you won't be able to recover.

I used a little software program called Recuva from Piriform a few times to recover files that were lost. As long as it hasn't been overwritten you can recover a lot of stuff that you thought was lost or deleted. Might be worth a try. Maybe you can recover some lost audioparts.

Good luck! Really sucks to lose stuff like this......
