How do you get rid of the Reverse Sound

I flip a sample over by reversing it but I was wondering is it a way to get rid of the sound that gives away that its being reversed. The tune I want is playing but you can hear the "vroo vroo" sound like a dj is mixing a track

I probably don't understand your question correctly, but why would you reverse a sound/sample if you don't want it to sound reversed?

Why don't you slice the sample and rearrange it instead of reversing it? You can't remove the "Reverse Sound" from a sample that is reversed. If it's a phrase you could slice each individual note and arrange them in reverse order. That way each note or hit plays back forward, just in reverse order.
