Ableton Help Arrangement View

when I add any 1 clip of audio/midi to the arrangement view it plays all the clips at once that are in the session view. Lets say I wanted to start arranging a track will some drums to start off.  When I move my drums to the arrangement view and press play all the audio/midi clips that are in the sessions view play at once. So in reality since they are all playing I cant really arrange a track. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

Yes. You need to select the "back to arrangement" button. This should be lit up in orange (looks like a triangle and lines across).

In arrangement view, this is located above the tracks in upper right.  In Session View, this is located on the master channel, lower right.

    Alternatively, you can press F10.

Thank you so much. That did the trick. I have been trying to figure this out for days man. Now time to make music. Again I went on so many sites and talked to different people and no one understood what I was saying. I got everything from you have to record your arrangement in to its just like that. You my friend, are the man!
