InEarBeat was founded in 2010 after Tossawat Chotivong completed the Producer Certificate Program from Ableton Live, New York. When he came back to Thailand, he started teaching music production, sound design and live performance techniques, using Ableton Live 8. In the beginning, Tossawat taught a small group of between four and six students in his home studio. When the number of students increased, InEarBeat moved to its present location.

In 2012, the school was accredited as a product specialist by Allen & Heath, Akai Professional and other music technology importers in Thailand. InEarBeat has since enlarged both classroom space and its showrooms for Allen & Heath and Akai Professional products, responding to students’ and customers’ demands.

Currently we offer Computer Music, Live Performance and DJing curricula, with the goal of providing our students with a solid grasp of both software and hardware. Former students went on to work in various positions within the music industry, such as musicians, technicians, DJs, music teachers and more.

Our curriculum for electronic and computer music is under constant development, in order to adapt to the changes in the music industry, and focuses on both theory and practice, with classes taught by experienced, knowledgeable teachers.

We aim to foster our students’ passion for electronic music and offer a professional environment to learn and grow their skill-set, whether as a musician, DJ, sound designer or producer.

We also offer short courses in Ableton Live 10 and Push, as well as customised one-on-one tuition.
