Your mission
As the Education Development & Marketing Manager for the US and Canada, your mission is to strengthen Abletonâs presence in education by driving both marketing initiatives and educational growth. You will lead North American education marketing campaigns and content programs while also supporting partnership expansion, outreach, and events in close collaboration with the Education Development Manager for the region. In this balanced dual-role, you act as both Marcomâs point person on the ground and a key partner in institutional development.
This is a full-time position, based in the USA (CA, IL, NY, TX, GA, PA, CO, UT). We will only consider applications from individuals authorized to work in the United States. We offer the option to alternate flexibly between remote and on-site work in our office in Pasadena office.
Your responsibilities
Plan and execute education marketing campaigns and initiatives in the US & Canada . Scope includes briefs, localization, channel mix, timelines, budgets, QA, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
Manage ongoing marketing activities such as content, stories from educators, feedback, and newsletters, while keeping a clear schedule.
Own CRM and reporting for campaigns and partners  Salesforce): tagging, lead routing, attribution, and dashboards.
Assist in identifying and qualifying target institutions for pilots or partnerships in collaboration with the America EDM; contribute audience insights and messaging inputs.
Develop and maintain relationships with educators and institutions, ensuring strong follow-up and sustained engagement.
Coordinate regional contributors for training and events, capturing content and feedback for reuse in marketing and strategy.
Your profile
2â4 years in a role that combines education marketing and education business development within music tech or creative education
Strong working knowledge of North American education systems, including funding and procurement models
Strong ability to balance strategic outreach with hands-on content production and campaign execution.
Proficiency in music production tools and general music creation skills.
Teaching credentials are beneficial for understanding institutional dynamics and pedagogy.
