Your mission
You are part of the Sales Unit Leadership Team and help us make better decisions by enabling a deeper understanding of our commercial performance. You lead and develop a small team of analysts, ensuring that our forecasting and reporting processes are reliable, insightful, and continuously improving.
This position is based in either Germany, UK, Spain, Netherlands or the USA. We offer the option to choose your own work model: alternate flexibly between remote work and on-site in the office depending on your location. Your responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the members of the Sales Insights Team, promoting a culture of curiosity, trust, and continuous improvement - based on data.
Translate Abletonâs sales strategy into a clear analytics roadmapâdefining the data and metrics required to measure our performance against our commercial goals.
Ensure delivery of high-quality sales analysis and reporting that supports data-driven decisions and surfaces growth opportunities.
Own and continuously improve Abletonâs revenue forecasting process, in collaboration with your team and stakeholders in Sales, Supply Chain Management and Finance, delivering accurate outlooks while streamlining our processes.
Challenge the status quo and validate sales impact estimations and decisions based on your deep understanding of our sales data.
Work closely with the other data focused teams at Ableton (BI, Finance) to ensure alignment on data interpretation and further development of our data infrastructure.
Your profile
5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, controlling or data-focussed consulting functions with a strong focus on sales and commercial performance.
Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
Comfortable working in international, and cross-functional environments.
Strong business understanding and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights that address concrete commercial questions.
Analytical and curious mindset with a high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
